OPEN POSITIONS:

The MAIS office is operated by Al-Anon member volunteers, as well as special service worker employees. MAIS depends on the active service participation and financial support from individuals, groups and districts to fulfill our mission.

Volunteers are the backbone of Al-Anon, and MAIS recognizes the enormous value that everyone who volunteers brings. Whether you have a few hours to spare each week or can dedicate more time, your service contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of those Al-Anon serves.

Why Volunteer?

  1. MAIS service volunteers directly contribute to our mission.

  2. Volunteering is an opportunity to connect with other Al-Anon members who share a passion for helping others who have been affected by someone else's drinking.

  3. Engaging in volunteer activities may enhance personal growth in Al-Anon.

  4. “Participation is the key to harmony.”-Concept 4:  Building relationships with other Al-Anon members can create a sense of fellowship.
